Jeff Maassen & Hillary Hauser sampling City of Santa Barbara El Estero Outfall on June 5th, 2000
HTO advisory board member Jeff Maassen and Hillary Hauser dived sewer outfalls and took samples of the ocean bottom around the outfalls to send to a lab for testing. This sampling trip was on the city’s El Estero outfall, 1 1/2 miles offshore and in 75 ft. of water.
